CANCELLATION POLICY | NON-EVENT RENTALSWe have a NO REFUND policy. However, we will allow modifications and cancellations within 24 hours of the contracted start time, and a credit will be issued for a future session. (Credits are valid for 12 months). If a change is made outside of the 24 hour window, 100% of booking fee will apply and no credit will be issued

OCCUPANCYAlthough the studio can hold up to 100 people, studio reservations are for groups of 10 or less. For groups larger than 10, we ask that you submit an event reservation.

STUDIO SOUNDDue to the proximity of the street and the surrounding businesses, noise levels may vary. We do not recommend our space for audio recordings or voiceovers.

RESTRICTIONSThe following items are strictly prohibited at The Glossary Studios. - Partial or full nudity Due to the high visibility of our studio and our large windows, The Glossary does not allow nude or partially nude photography. - Candles or fires at anytime This includes sparklers and fireworks. No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative - Glitter or confetti - Pets are not allowed without consent of a company representative. - llicit drug use The Glossary reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs. - Nails or pins in the walls or backdrops. You must use command hooks or gentle painters tape if you need to hang items. You are 100% liable for any damages to the studio during your session.

LOCATION & PARKINGConveniently located in the heart of the DFW metroplex, this stylish venue offers private access to over 1,400 square feet, an abundant amount of natural light, and a clean white industrial setting with pops of color. There is ample parking in front and rear of building.

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY?A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed event agreement are required to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Late payments may result in additional fees or event cancellation. Please note that for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event, guests are responsible for the full balance due.

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK?Yes, we welcome outside food and drinks! We kindly ask that you help keep our facility clean by disposing of any trash in the dumpster located at the rear of the building.

DO YOU PROVIDE TABLE & CHAIR RENTALS FOR EVENTS?While we don't offer additional table and chair rentals beyond what's available in the studio, we’re happy to recommend a reliable party rental vendor to meet your needs. Removal of studio furniture and decor will result in additional fees.

IS SETUP AND TEAR-DOWN TIME INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION?Please be sure to factor setup and clean-up time into your reservation choice. Early entry or late exits will incur additional fees, pro-rated according to your reservation agreement.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?While the studio can accommodate up to 100 people, adding extra tables and chairs will reduce the available space, which may limit the number of guests you can comfortably host for your event.

CAN WE BRING IN ALCOHOL FOR OUR EVENT?Yes, you may bring alcohol for your event. However, we ask that you comply with all local regulations and ensure responsible consumption. Depending on the nature of your event, additional permits or licensed bartenders may be required. The Glossary Studio is not responsible for any fees or damages incurred by guests who fail to comply with local regulations. Guests are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and ordinances during their event.

WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR KITCHENETTE?Our kitchenette includes a sink and counter space, and there’s a small refrigerator located behind the nearby bar top.
